A true treasure to have found Chad and his company, Cary-Grove Computers. My husband and I purchased one of his refurbished Mac computers and it is AMAZING! Chad was okay with us making a few payments towards it. Chad helped us out with navigating this new find. My family and I were only PC users. Chad had all the patience of a saint with answering the many questions we had; but also provided a mini hands on class to get both my husband and I ‘up and running’. We will with no doubt return to Cary-Grove Computers for all our computer needs. Also – Chad replaced the damaged screen for our laptop at a very fair price and had it returned to us in a short period of time

Chad runs his business with outstanding integrity. The first time I came to him with an HP computer that would not power up he troubleshot it on the spot and found the external supply, not the computer to be the issue. He sold me a universal supply for less that $25. He could have easily provided hours of analysis and charged far more. Because of this integrity I have taken all my issues to him. He has replaced a 17″ flat screen on my HP and saved me a ton of money. I would highly recommend Chad. His integrity and knowledge of equipment repairs is outstanding. -Jim

I had a computer that had slowed down to a crawl. I took it to Cary Grove Computer Repair upon recommendation from a friend at work. Chad worked at it for a couple days and realized that the virus was extremely difficult to remove. He stated that a fresh start was needed by wiping the drive with transfer of the data to a temporary drive beforehand. He went through that process and reloaded the data and programs for a fraction of the cost of what it would have been to replace my laptop. Now it runs extremely fast and is a productive machine again! I would recommend Cary Grove Computer Repair for those looking for a reasonably priced, great service. -Ted

Chad is awesome! When I cracked my iPhone screen, I thought I could fix it myself. The YouTube video said ?three minutes and three screws? and made it look so easy. I ordered the DIY kit online and it arrived a week later. An hour into trying to fix it myself, my phone was in about 30 pieces (there was way more than three screws), I was totally frustrated and worried I was going to break it more than it already was. I called Chad and then brought him the many pieces of my broken phone. He had it back together and ready for me to pick up in just a few hours. It?s as good as new now. My HP Desktop computer went down and would no longer start. After trying all the emergency tasks that HP recommends, it still would not start.
